Welcome to the Mathematican Magicians (or Math-A-Magician) home page for Mrs. Greene’s Math Classes. This the 3rd grade math home page for students and parents of Mrs. Greene’s and Miss Rolen’s homerooms. “Top Wizards” will show you who is leading in our Math Facts in a Flash basic facts competition. Top Wizards will also show the students who had the top five scores on math tests/quizzes. Clicking “Reports” will take help you see how your child is progressing in the Math Facts Program. “Study Guides” will have the latest study material for upcoming tests (whenever possible).   Also, the SOL Vocabulary lists for all subjects will be found in the “Study Guide” section. This section will give you a printable list of all of the 3rd grade SOL Vocabulary words for tested subjects. Students have this list in their vocabulary notebooks at home. This is a list of all third grade math words that must be defined by each third grader in their math vocabulary notebook. Keep exploring the site. I am trying to add new things all of the time. “Jeopardy and Songs” is a page where I will post my jeopardy powerpoint review games that we use in class. I also make up songs to help the kids remember things from time to time. I will post the songs in this section.
